This is a classic, straightforward Guji washed.Comes from Gemechu’s farm in Ethiopia, hand picked and processed in the following way: the cherries are floated before depulping. Then wet parchment is fermented in tanks for 24-36 hours, moved to raised beds for drying for 2 weeks. Perfect as a daily filter.
