What should l do if my order is damaged?
We had a 30-day return policy. After this period, we regret that we are unable to offer a refund or exchange of products.
Please check your item upon receipt and contact us if the item is defective, damaged, or if it's the wrong item. To qualify for return, the item must be unused and in its original packaging.
However, we do not accept returns or refunds for digital cards or discounted items. You are always welcome to get in touch with us.
To request a return, please email us at hello@fluir.coffe with your name, order number and the description of the issue you are experiencing. If the return is accepted, we will send you instructions of the return procedure.
Can I return a digital gift card and discounted items?
