Founded in 2024 in the UK, our journey started almost by accident. An invitation from a roasting friend quickly turned into a passion we couldn’t ignore. Today, we proudly roast coffee across Surrey and London, bringing years of experience from the London coffee scene.

Our founder, a single mother and woman roaster, relocated from Asia to Surrey with her young son and started her new chapter as a barista. Her story is simple: with heart and determination, nothing is impossible. Our approach to roasting is deeply inspired by the coffee cultures of Taiwan and Japan where precision, balance, and respect for craft are at the heart of every cup.
