This coffee comes from Mountain Harvest in Uganda, a social enterprise dedicated to building fair and sustainable relationships between smallholder farmers and exporters. It is processed using the traditional washed method: after soaking in water for 12–72 hours, the beans are thoroughly rinsed and dried on raised beds to reach the perfect moisture level. This process brings out the coffee’s vibrant, natural flavors, resulting in a clean cup with complex notes of floral and citrus.
